Webform Placement Overview

The final step of the form creation process allows you to generate JavaScript code, select a preset theme and get a hosted link or create your own hosted theme.

JavaScript Code

Using JavaScript is the recommended method for placement of the form, as this option will embed the form directly on your website. Using JavaScript will also eliminate Spambots from submitting spam submissions on your form.

To get JavaScript Code simply click the “Get JavaScript Code” button at the bottom of the page

Hosted Theme

Using a Hosted Theme is the best way to quickly grab your form for use. As you simply select one of the pre-set themes and grab the URL to your form. There are three different themes to choose from.

To get a Hosted Theme, click the Hosted Theme heading

Select desired Theme

Click “Get Link/URL” button

Create Your Own Hosted Theme

Creating your own custom theme is a great option if you’re looking to have your form on brand. This option allows you to customise everything from the background colour, to the font, as well as adding logos and/or background image.

To create your own hosted theme, click the Create Your Own Hosted Theme heading

Type in the HEX colour code for the Page Background colour

Alternatively, click the gray box on the right of the Page Background field to locate the colour picker for selecting a colour

Type in the HEX colour code for the Form Background colour, Form Background, Headings and the Static Text

To Add a Logo and/or Background Image click Add Image button located under the relevant heading. A popup box will appear. From here, you have the option to insert a URL to an image or upload a new image.

To upload, click the Upload Image button

Drag image from your computer into the upload box, or click on the upload box to browse images on your computer.

Click the Done button to upload

Click on the new upload from image library and click Select button

Click the Done button to insert image as logo or background image.

Once finished, click “Get Link/URL” button
