Campaign Reports allow you to analyse clicks, opens and subscriber activity.
Within the platform, reports can be viewed on automation workflows, sms, email and any other channels.
Reports can be viewed on an individual campaign level or as an aggregate across a Campaign Folder.
Campaign Folders allow you to organise sends (email, sms, automations etc...) that are all related on a specific topic or promotion.
To view campaign reports, navigate to the Campaigns section from your account.
Withing the Campaign Table you will be able to select one of two views, The default view is Campaign View, which lists all campaigns set up in the account. The second view is Folder View, which will list all campaign folders. Next to each sent campaign, a Statistics menu item will appear allowing you to view a report. This same item will also appear next to any campaign folders that contain sent campaigns.
The campaigns dashboard will also display high level numbers associated with each individual campaign as well as folders. These allow you to view and compare high level numbers across different send outs.
Within the Statistics page of your campaign, high level numbers are displayed within the header bar.
Explanation of Terms:
Your Email Delivery rate shows you the amount of valid emails that were sent. Any malformed emails will cause our delivery rate to reduce.
The Email Open Rate shows you the percentage of your delivered emails that were opened.
Click Through rates highlight the amount of people that clicked on any of the links when reading your campaigns.
The Spam Rate is determined by the amount of people that move the campaign from their inbox to their junk folder.
The Statistics page provides a number of views. You will be able to view a timeline of emails sent vs opened across the life of the campaign.
The recipients table allows you to filter by individual email addresses and find out who has opened the email, not opened, unsubscribed as well as clicked a link.
Each individual link in your sent campaign is displayed in the Campaign Links section. A measure of your call-to-action is displayed allowing you to see the number of times a link was clicked and the overall click-through rate for that link.
Made an Error with your links?
Next to each link in the report, the [EDIT] button allows you to update the link and point it to a new destination. This is especially helpful if a resource has moved or if an incorrect link was used at the time of send. Once updated, any users that click on the link in your campaign will be directed to the new url.
