Enable/Disable Forms
Locate the Form you would like to update via the form list (or utilise the search feature to search for the form)
Click the drop down button next to the relevant form
Select Enable or Disable from the drop down
Click the drop down button next to the relevant form
Select Enable or Disable from the drop down
