Sometimes you will want to create a Role that is similar to an existing Role with just a few minor changes. In this instance it is more efficient for you to use the Duplicate Role option. Once you have duplicated a Role, you'll be able to customise it.
You can create a new role based on an existing role by clicking the drop down button next to the role you would like to copy
Select the option “Duplicate Role”
Provide a name for the Role
Customise the role as desired by clicking into the following sections:
Account Administration
Communication
Email Campaigns
Integrations
Contacts
SMS Campaigns
Automation
Reporting
Click Submit
