Custom Fields Description

Text
The Text field allows the user to add a single line of text. Text fields are best used for one word answers or short descriptions

Textbox
The Textbox field allows the user to add a paragraph of text. Text fields are best used for longer answers.

Static Text
The Static Text field allows you to add text to your form. Static text typically is used to describe what the form is for.

Heading
The Heading field allows you to add a heading (or headings) to your form

Single Select
The Single Select field allows the user to select a single answer from a drop down list.

Multiple Select
The Multiple Select field allows the user to select more than one answer in a tick box type layout.

Date
The date field allows the user to select a specific date from a calendar or a drop down list of dates (you choose what format you would like displayed)

Time
The Time field allows the user to select a specific time. The time can be ona 12 hour clock or a 24 hour clock (you choose what format you would like displayed)

Section Break
The Section Break field allows you to separate sections within your form

Spam Challenge
The Spam Challenge field allows you to insert a captcha to the form. This will help avoid spam submissions when using a hosted version of the form.
