Click the plus symbol at the top right of your screen
Locate the field that you would like to have added to your form from the Available Fields pane on the right side
Click onto that field
Drag the field into the desired location and Release your mouse to insert the field
Hover your mouse over the newly inserted field and click the edit icon to customise the field
Repeat the above steps until all desired Available Fields have been inserted
To add fields to your form, that will not save the data to the database, click on Custom Fields (located in the pane on the right side of the screen)
Locate the field that you would like to have added to your form and drag it to the desired location
Hover your mouse over the field and click the edit icon to customise the field
Once finished enter a name for your form
Click Next
Specify if you’d like contacts to verify their email before being added to the database
Assign form restrictions (if any)
Click Next
Specify if you’d like to have notification messages sent to you
Specify if you’d like to have a On-screen confirmation message displayed or redirect to another page
Specify if you’d like to have notification messages sent to the contact
Click Next
Select the method you would like to use for placing your form (JavaScript, Hosted with a preset Theme, or Hosted with a Customised Theme)
Click relevant button
