Create a New Role

To create a new Role
Click the plus sign on the top right of the screen

Select Add Role

Enter a name for the new Role
Select access options for Account Administration:
Should this role have the ability View Account Details, Update Account Details, Edit Billing Details, Purchase Credits, Close the account?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)

Select access options for Communication
Should this role have the ability to Create Campaigns, View Campaigns, Update Campaigns, and/or Delete Campaigns?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box “General” will auto-select all campaign options)

Select access options for Templates
Should this role have the ability to View Templates, Create Templates, Edit Templates, Delete Templates, and/or Share Templates with other accounts?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)

Select access options for Email Campaigns
Should this role have the ability to send emails, utilise the HTML Email Editor?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)


Select access options for Integrations
Should this role have the ability to activate integrations, view previously set up integrations, update an existing integration, and/or delete integratons?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)
Should this role have the ability to generate API Keys?

Select access options for Contacts
Should this role have the ability to view contacts, update existing contacts details, create/add new contacts, and/or delete contacts?
Should this role have the ability to view notes, update existing notes, add new notes, and/or delete notes for contacts?
Should this role have the ability to upload and/or export contacts?
Should this role have the ability to view webforms, create webforms, update existing webforms, and/or delete webforms?
Click any options that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)

Select access options for SMS Campaigns
Should this role have the ability to create and send SMS?
Select if this option applies

Select access options for Automation
Should this role have the ability to create a new automation, view and/or update existing automation, delete automation, and/or enable and disable automation
Select all that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)

Select access options for Reporting
Should this role have access to view campaign reports, create new reports, view reports, update an existing report an/or delete reports
Select all that apply (Ticking the box next to each heading will auto-select all options)

Click Submit
