Content Block Descriptions

Text
Text Blocks allow you to add text into your email. To add, click on the text block icon from the Content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
To edit the text block click on the edit icon
Add text and edit text as desired

Image
Image  blocks allow you to add an image into your email. To add, click on the image block icon from the Content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
To upload your image, click the edit icon and then click Add Image button located in the pane on the right side of the screen. A popup box will appear. From here, you have the option to insert a URL to an image or upload a new image. To upload, click the Upload Image button, drag image from your computer into the upload box, or click on the upload box to browse images on your computer. Click the Done button to upload. Once uploaded, double click the thumbnail of the uploaded image to select and insert it into the email. The image pane on the right side of the screen will allow you to apply a link. You can also scale the image width, add a border, change the image alignment

Heading
Heading Blocks allow you to easily insert a distinctive heading to your email. To add, click on the Heading block icon from the Content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
To edit the heading, click the edit icon
Add heading as desired
The Heading pane on the right side of the screen will allow you to apply a font, change the size and apply a text colour to the heading

Text & Image Blocks
Text & Image Blocks allow you to easily insert both text and images into your email. From the Content Blocks pane there are a number of Text & Image Blocks to choose from. The icons on each depict the location of the text and image.
To edit the text within a Text & Image Block, click on the desired Text & Image block icon from the Content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
Click the edit icon over the text portion of the block
To add an image, click the edit icon and then click Add Image button located in the pane on the right side of the screen. A popup box will appear. From here, you have the option to insert a URL to an image or upload a new image. To upload, click the Upload Image button, drag image from your computer into the upload box, or click on the upload box to browse images on your computer. Click the Done button to upload. Once uploaded, double click the thumbnail of the uploaded image to select and insert it into the email. The image pane on the right side of the screen will allow you to apply a link. You can also scale the image width, add a border, change the image alignment

Two Images Block
The two images block allows you to quickly insert two horizontal images into your email.
To add, locate the Two Images block from the Content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
Click the edit icon  and then click Add Image button located in the pane on the right side of the screen. A popup box will appear. From here, you have the option to insert a URL to an image or upload a new image. To upload, click the Upload Image button, drag image from your computer into the upload box, or click on the upload box to browse images on your computer. Click the Done button to upload. Once uploaded, double click the thumbnail of the uploaded image to select and insert it into the email. The image pane on the right side of the screen will allow you to apply a link. You can also scale the image width, add a border, change the image alignment. Repeat for the second image

Two Text Block
Two Text Block allows you to quickly insert two columns of text next to each other.
To add, locate the Two Text block from the content Block pane and drag it to the desired location
Click the edit icon over the first text column to add and edit text. Repeat for the second column

Separator
The separator block inserts a horizontal line, which visually helps break up the various sections within your email campaign.
To insert a separator, locate the block from the Content Block pane and drag it into the desired location
Click the edit icon to change the colour, width, thickness and to change the padding

Button Block
The Button Block allows you to insert a clear call to action into your email. The button can be linked to any URL, email address, page (forms built within the system), or a file.

Using buttons is the most effective way to draw attention to your call to actions. Utilising buttons throughout your email will increase your click through rate.

To add a Button block into your email, locate the Button from the Content Block pane, drag the block into the desired location.
Click the edit icon to customise the button. You will be able to change the name of the button, select a font, insert link, set the button background colour, adjust the font size, and adjust the border radius, adjust the width/height and set the alignment.

Social Share
Social Share allows you to quickly insert a block which contains social media icons. Within the Social Share block you’ll be able to select all social media platforms you utilise.

Social Share block should be included in every email sent. This consistency helps raise brand awareness and in turn will increase your exposure on the various social channels.
To add the Social Share block to your email, locate Social Share from the Content Block pane, drag the block into the desired location.
Click the edit icon to select all social media icons you’d like to include and to link them up. From the edit pane, you will also be able to select different icon styles, adjust the size, shape, alignment, font, font size, font colour

HTML
The HTML block is available for advanced users. This block allows you to code elements into your email without having to code up the entire campaign.
To add the HTML block into your email, click on the “More” link in the Content Block pane. Locate the HTML block and drag it to the desired location within your email. Click the edit icon to add HTML code

YouTube Screenshot
The YouTube Screenshot block allows you to quickly add a link to your YouTube video. The block will display the first frame of your video in the email along with a play button (if you desire). Once the link is clicked the user will be directed to the video you linked to.
To insert a YouTube Screenshot block into your email, click the “More” link in the Content Block pane. Locate the YouTube Screenshot block and drag it to the desired location within your email. Click the edit icon to add your YouTube link. You will also be able to hide the play button and adjust the width of the screenshot.

Article
The Article block contains 3 elements, a Heading, an Image and a Text section within the single block. This block was designed to save time, for those wanting to create newsletters.
To add an Article Block into your email, click the “More” link in the Content Block pane. Locate the Article block and drag it to the desired location. Click the edit icon to edit your heading add an image, and add your text.

Voucher
The voucher block allows you to insert a voucher into your email, which is customised with the recipient’s details. Voucher blocks can be customised however you’d like.
To add a Voucher Block into your email, click the “More” link in the Content Block pane. Locate the Voucher block and drag it to the desired location. Click the edit icon to add an image, set a background colour, adjust the border, colour, and radius. You’ll also be able to update the offer, the mail merge tags, and the terms and conditions.

Barcode
The Barcode block allows you to insert a barcode or a QR code within your email.
To insert a Barcode block into your email, click on the “More” link located in the Content Block pane. Drag the block to the desired location within your email. Click the edit icon to add the relevant Mail Merge Tag, adjust the code type, select image size and set alignment.

RSS Feed
The RSS Feed block allows you to insert a RSS Feed directly into your email.
To insert a RSS Feed block into your email, click the “More” link in the Content Block pane. Locate the RSS Feed block and drag it to the desired location. Click the edit icon to insert the URL to the RSS Feed. Specify the number of articles and if you would like to hide images and/or author names. You will also be able to select the format you’d like the feed to be displayed in.

Spacer
The Spacer Block allows you insert a gap or spacer into your email. These blocks are good for creating negative space, which then draws the reader’s eye to key elements within your email.
To insert a Spacer Block, click the “More” link within the Content Block pane. Locate the Spacer Block and drag it to the desired location. Click the edit icon to adjust the width of the spacer block.
